-You will play a key role in developing and implementing a global economic strategy focused on identifying, documenting, and presenting product characteristics of value to payers (value propositions) of all phases of product development
-During the starting phase of the development you will play a key strategic role identifying a compound's 'value propositions' which distinguish the product from competitive compounds.
-In the intermediate phase of development protocol you will provide input to ensure that characteristics of value to payers are adequately examined and documented in key clinical trials.
-You will develop and implement an overall project plan for building a library of validated scientific and economic research on the 'value propositions' which measure both their size and impact.
-You will help manage the presentation of key results
-You are a self-starter with excellent communication skills and leadership qualities, leading a team of colleagues from both HQ and major country affiliates.
-You are expected to manage the use of internal and external technical resources to assist local operating.

-A PharmD, MD, PhD or advanced degree in health economics, healthcare administration, health services research or epidemiology.
-A Minimum of 3 years experience either in a strategic pricing or reimbursement role or in a pharmaeconomics role with a strong business focus and sound analytical skills.
-A solid understanding of the different mechanisms and institutions involved in pharmaceutical purchasing as well as a sound knowledge of pricing strategy, health economics and outcomes research are essential qualifications for this role.
-A demonstrated ability to successfully manage outcomes research projects is a must
